Upon completion of your registration, your confirmation email will be sent to you. At the end of the Class a certificate will be prepared for you. Cancellations Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us or have made a down-payment it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you choose to cancel or postpone your appointment or event less than [24 hours] before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a [penalty/fee/rebooking fee or lose your full payment]. To avoid a cancellation penalty fee, please provide cancellation notice at least [48 hours] prior to your appointment/event. If you have canceled 72 hours prior to your booking, we will offer you a credit to your account, kindly note we do not offer refunds. You may use your credit towards any future event or service for up to 6 months after initial booking, based on the availability of our services. The booking date begins at 12:00 am on the scheduled date of booking. The company reserves its right to be flexible in this case.
